Most entrepreneurs I meet are not short on capability. They are short on clarity. The company runs on momentum, the calendar runs the founder, and the decisions that matter get made tired and late. Nobody inside the company can coach the person at the top, because everyone inside the company reports to them.
How we're doing it
This is the one-on-one lane. I trained as a coach: Certified Life Coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School, accredited by the Association for Coaching. The work is clarity: see what is true, define what you want, operate differently. Mostly entrepreneurs, because I spent twenty years inside growing companies and know the cost of getting clear too late. Elevates Coaching takes the same work into a company. Coach Collins is where it starts, with the person.
I also speak. A keynote, a panel, or a room that needs someone to hold it for an evening and send everyone home feeling good. When the crowd is right, I say yes.
