Most leadership and culture work in a growing company happens by accident — a founder's instincts, a Slack channel, a values poster nobody reads. It holds together while the team is small and falls apart exactly when it matters most: a leadership transition, a scale-up, a founder handing off to their first real exec team. Most coaching sold into that moment is a conversation with no artifact — vague, easy to book, just as easy to skip, because nothing measurable is actually on the table.

How we're doing it

We built VALVE, a named framework for architecting culture the same way you'd architect anything else load-bearing — not a set of platitudes, a working method. Around it we built real software, not slideware: tools that run live sessions, that turn a diagnostic into something a team can actually act on, and a self-serve workbook that walks a leader through the method on their own. The engagement itself moves from a diagnostic of where things actually stand, through a working session with the team, into a structured pilot — outcomes with tools attached, not just coaching hours on a calendar.
