I rewrote my LinkedIn this month. Not because the old one was wrong. Because it only showed half of what's true.

For years my profile was a culture profile. Accurate, too. I architect award-winning culture systems and I still do. But somewhere in the last stretch I'd started building something else, AI that runs a business the way its operator would, and the profile hadn't caught up. The headline said "AI Strategist." The body said culture coach. A visitor met two people and had to guess which one I was.

I knew something was off. I couldn't name it. That's the trap with your own positioning: you're inside it, so the contradiction reads as normal. You wrote it. Of course it makes sense to you.

Here's what fixed it, and it wasn't a better prompt.

I'd spent months writing my actual convictions down. What these ventures are. How they relate. What I believe about building things that last. Not in my head, written down, in a public repo I keep called big-brains. When I pointed an AI at that context and asked it to look at my profile, it found the seam in about a minute: these aren't two careers. They're one operator with one conviction, expressed at two scales. Culture is coherence in the thing a company runs on. AI is coherence in the thing the AI runs on. Same belief. Same twenty years earning the right to hold it.

Then we threaded it together. Me steering, it drafting, back and forth until the spine held.

THE CONTEXT LAYER · DEMONSTRATION

No context layerBEFORE

Culture isn't soft. It's expensive when broken.

I architect award-winning culture systems for growth-stage CEOs who are scaling fast and feeling the strain — misalignment, turnover, decision friction, burnout.

Most companies treat culture as an HR initiative.

I treat it as infrastructure.

Using the VALVE Framework (Vision, Alignment, Leadership, Values, Engage), I design performance-driven culture systems that turn chaos into clarity and culture into measurable ROI — often generating $100K+ in tangible value within 3–6 months.

I've spent 20+ years inside scaling tech companies building award-winning workplaces. I've also burned out completely doing it wrong.

Now I help founders scale without destroying their leadership team, their culture, or themselves.

Fluent. Accurate. And only half the story. The headline already said "AI Strategist." The body never showed it.

The before and after are real. My own LinkedIn, this month. The shift wasn't a better prompt. I pointed an AI at my context and it found the seam I was too close to see.

This is the whole thing I build at Elevates AI, and it's why I say AI without your context is junk food. Fluent, forgettable, generic. It fills the plate and feeds you nothing. The model wasn't going to invent my coherence. No model can. It can only surface what you've made explicit. I'd done the work of writing the conviction down, so the AI had something true to thread. Skip that work and the same tool gives you the same mush everyone else gets.

The before isn't a cautionary tale. I'm proud of it. It's just earlier. The AI play was always coming, it just wasn't on the page yet. Making it explicit is the entire job.

If you've got more than one thing you do, and the through-line is obvious to you but apparently to no one else, that's the tell. The coherence is probably already there. It's just not written down yet.
